LIV Boxing? Golf rivals Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau set for million dollar fight
In a world where celebrities and influencers seem to settle their disputes with a boxing match, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Brooks Koepka would fight rival Bryson DeChambeau in a fight.
The five-time major champion spoke on the possibility of fighting DeChambeau on the influencer boxing superstar Jake Paul's podcast.
Koepka and DeChambeau compete on the LIV Golf Tour, with the pair leaving the PGA Tour around the same time to join the Saudi-backed league.
The pair have been neck and neck in LIV this season, with Koepka finishing third in the rankings and DeChambeau finishing fourth, with both having two wins.
The pair have had their issues over the years, with their feud starting in 2019 after Koepka complained that DeChambeau was playing too slow at the Dubai Desert Classic.
According to bbc.co.uk, in 2021, Koepka said: "We had a conversation at Liberty, and he didn't hold up his end of the bargain, and I didn't like that, so I'll take my shots."
"He didn't like that I had mentioned his name in slow play, so we had a conversation in the locker room, and then I guess we said something else in the press conference but didn't mention his name in it."
Koepka said that DeChambeau approached his caddy, saying: "You tell your man if he's got something to say, say it to myself."
After years of trouble between the pair, Kopeka confirmed this year that he and DeChambeau had ended their feud, saying: "Believe it or not, we squashed it" on Instagram Live.
The current PGA Championship champion appeared on Jake Paul's 'BS w/ Jake Paul' Podcast last week and was asked by Paul if there were any golfers he had trouble with.

Koepka named DeChambeau as a player he had famous issues with, and Paul offered him a deal he couldn't refuse.
According to the 'BS w/ Jake Paul' podcast, Paul asked Koepka, "Would you fight him like in a boxing match?" Koepka replied, "Yes, are you going to promote it?"

Paul owns his own boxing promotion company called 'Most Valuable Promotions' and has undisputed featherweight women's world champion Amanda Serrano on his roster.
Paul offered to arrange a fight between the two American golfers, saying: "I am down. I will put a $1 million purse up for each fighter, plus pay-per-view."
Koepka believes he would beat his LIV Golf rival and said, "I think we could make something happen."
Bryson DeChambeau is yet to respond to the opportunity, but if it happens, it would be the biggest fight between two athletes in the new era boxing scene.
