Kylian Mbappe has shut up Real Madrid critics
Kylian Mbappe has landed at the Santiago Bernabeu with renewed ambitions, a dream come true for the Frenchman, but how has he handled the pressure? Teammate, Federico Valverde shared his admiration for Mbappe, saying the forward has silenced critics questioning his fit at Real Madrid.
According to Transfermarkt, the French forward has scored seven goals for 'Los Blancos', a total of five in La Liga. Solid numbers this early in the season.
Since joining Real Madrid in the Spanish capital, Mbappe has focused 100% of his efforts on the white team, even setting the French national team to the side. Recent injuries have seen the Frenchman stay at Valdevebas (Madrid).

"We all know the class of player [Mbappe] is, he's one of the best in the world. Having him here today is a huge satisfaction, it's a joy to share a pitch with him," shared Valverde with France Football.
"I've had to suffer with PSG, and playing against France with my country [Uruguay]. He stands out in every game, and in every training session. He's a top player. Thank God he's here with us," shared the Uruguayan international during the interview.
The French forward was a top transfer target for Real Madrid for many years. A long-awaited arrival of another 'galactico', however, many fans began to wonder how Mbappe would fit into the current squad filled with big names like Bellingham, Vini, and Rodrygo.
Valverde praised Mbappe's character, underlining his remarkable ability to remain calm in demanding situations. "As a person [Mbappe] is incredible," shared the Real Madrid midfielder during the interview.
The Uruguayan also humorously mentioned that Mbappe's Spanish is "better than mine," highlighting how well he's integrated into the team.
Mbappe will have to shine bright in the important fixtures against Celta Vigo and FC Barcelona, alongside the demanding Champions League schedule.
The first 'Clasico' is just around the corner, a big test for Ancelotti's men, who look to maintain momentum in La Liga and cut distances with their eternal rivals, FC Barcelona. We can expect to see some late game drama at the upcoming clash between the two Spanish giants (October 26th).
