Real Madrid set their eyes on Mbappe back in 2017, after his remarkable season. Nevertheless, PSG beat the Spanish club to a deal and signed the young French forward, where he further polished his skills as a striker.
In his seven seasons at the Parc des Princes, his goals and assists records have been overwhelming: 39-17 in 2018-2019; 30-18 in 2019-2020; 42-11 in 2020-2021; 39-26 in 2021-2022; 41-10 in 2022-2023; and 44-10 in 2024. These numbers have allowed him to be the top scorer in Ligue 1 for five consecutive campaigns, in addition to being the only player in the history of French football to become the top scorer and top assistant in the same season (2021-2022).
Among his many achievements as a goalscorer, what stands out the most is that he has become the youngest footballer to surpass the mark of 150 goals in the Ligue 1. Furthermore, he is the top scorer in PSG history!

Although his stats barely come close to Mbappe, the Brazilian still managed to secure 24 goals and 11 assists in 39 games last season, reports Transfermarkt.
However, the Brazilian forward is well on route to win the 2024 Ballon d'Or, after the fantastic 2023/24 season he enjoyed with Real Madrid.
