The Spanish 'matador'

Dani Olmo led the 'bulls' to a victory over Bayern Munich in the DFL Supercup. The Spanish 'matador' put in a fantastic performance, and smashed in three goals past Ulreich, crowning RB Leipzig as German champions!

Stole the sportlight

Olmo stole the spotlight in Kane's debut with Bayern Munich. Many Bayern fans went into the match with high expectations, many felt it would be an easy win for the home side.

Head architect

RB Leipzig's coach, Marco Rose was the head architect behind Olmo's great success at the Allianz Arena. Dani Olmo who already scored in the previous edition of the Super Cup, was back for seconds.

Better football

RB Leipzig went out with a knife in their teeth, determined to get a couple of early goals. Their pressure really choked Bayern's ability to attack.

Dani 'El Travieso'

It only took Dani 'El Travieso' 3 minutes to get the first goal in!

Shell-shocked

Tuchel's men were completely shell-shocked during the first 30 minutes of the game, with little to no solution to RB Leipzig's football.

Kane to start

Many Bayern fans expected Tuchel to start Kane, yet the French coach chose to leave him on the bench for a large chunk of the game. Bayern would reach Blaswich's goal but with no luck.

What class!

Dani Olmo shook the foundations of the Allianz Arena with his great goal in the 45' minute. He received the ball with his back to the goal, yet managed to roulette wheel around De Ligt and Laimer to toe the ball past Ulreich!

Kane in, last minutes

Tuchel realized his ship was taking in water and tried to patch his mistakes by bringing in Coman, Mazraoui, Kim, and later Kane.

Olmo took the spotlight

In the 64' minute, the French coach subbed in Kane and the Allianz Arena roared with joy. Nevertheless, Dani Olmo was quick to silence 70,000 people with his hat-trick.

Hat-trick

Olmo scored his 3rd goal after a naive penalty kick from Mazraoui. The Spanish 'matador' is back, after two seasons marked by injuries and major setbacks.

The first of many!

This was Olmo's first career hat-trick! He also became the first player to score a hat-trick against Bayern Munich since Lewandoski in 2012.

Young talent

Dani Olmo was born May 7th, 1998, in Terrassa, Spain. Olmo is a very dynamic and versatile football player renowned for his exceptional technical skills.

La Masia

Olmo began his football journey in the youth ranks of Espanyol. His talent quickly caught the eye of scouts, leading him to join the famed Masia, FC Barcelona academy.
