The Northern Irish manager guided Leicester to two fifth-place Premier League finishes in his first two seasons as Leicester manager and consolidated them in eighth in his last full year.
In his spell with the club, Rodgers created history, leading his Leicester side to the club's first-ever FA Cup success after the club had lost in four previous FA Cup finals.
Leicester beat Premier League Brighton, Manchester United, and Southampton on the way to the 2021 FA Cup final against Chelsea. Leicester's Youri Tielemans top corner strike was enough for 'The Foxes' to win 1-0.
Despite leading Leicester to their first-ever FA Cup and Community Shield success, Rodgers created history by taking the team to their first-ever European semi-final in 2022.
After finishing third in their Europa League group, Leicester was put into the UEFA Conference League knockout rounds. They beat Randers, Rennes, and PSV Eindhoven before losing to Jose Mourinho's Roma 2-1 on aggregate in the semi-final.
After a lack of investment in the squad at the start of the 2022-23 season, Leicester opened the season, losing seven of the first ten games, slumping them to the bottom of the league.
The team continued to struggle after the World Cup break, and Rodgers mutually agreed to terminate his contract on the 2nd of April, 2023.
