A look at boxing icon Anthony Joshua’s luxury (and not so luxury) car collection

Former heavyweight boxing world champion Anthony Joshua has amassed a fortune in his sporting career, creating some of the biggest fights in recent history.

His success and fortune in the ring have brought Joshua some lucrative endorsement deals and the cash to buy a dream car collection.

His glittering net worth of over $200 million is expected to rise again on Saturday night as he fights Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia at the 'Day of Reckoning' event.

One of Joshua's sponsorship deals is with the luxury car brand Land Rover, the car brand he believes is perfect for him to sustain his boxing career.

According to landrover.com, Joshua said: "I used to drive a lot of sports and small cars, but it led to several back injuries. Now I am quite particular, and since I have got into bigger cars, it has helped sustain my boxing career."

The most impressive of his Range Rover/Land Rover collection is his one-of-a-kind Range Rover Dynamic, which was presented to him ahead of his fight with Wladimir Klitschko in 2017.

The custom Range Rover has been specifically made for Joshua, having his signature running through diamond quilted leather and aluminum letter box finishes. The car also has storage space created for Joshua's boxing gear.

Joshua's next most expensive car purchase is his Jaguar XJR, a high-performance super saloon that can go from 0-60MPH in a mere 4.1 seconds.

For a man of Joshua's 6ft5 build, the car worth close to £100,000 is perfect for comfort, space, and to put your foot down in an open road. According to thetelegraph.co.uk, Joshua said: "The Jag is a car that only certain people know about."

With all the riches he had earned, Joshua believed it was important to provide his mum with a luxury car after hers broke down, buying her a Range Rover Sport.

According to thesun.co.uk, Joshua said: "I feel I've never had the time to focus on helping her, so when her car broke down, I was just like, it's that time – if I'm going to do anything I'll sort her out with a nice car, and so I got that as a present."

Joshua has an array of large luxury cars, but for inner-city driving and trying to remain anonymous on the roads, Joshua has bought an Audi A3 S-Line for £40,000.

The German car is the highest spec A3 and features a two-litre turbocharged engine with Quattro all-wheel drive. It's a shame he never uses the car to its full potential, as he's only been spotted in it in central London.

The (not) most spectacular car in Joshua's collection is his first ever car, a £1500 Vauxhall Astra that Joshua had saved up to buy as his first car.

It's impossible to know how Joshua can fit his giant frame into this tiny car, but it's an important car to use as a reminder of where he has come from.

His car collection has resembled his career, showing the start with the Astra to being a world champion and driving the luxury Range Rover Dynamic.
