Several weeks ago, people on social media began talking about their alleged romance, although there was no proof of it. Furthermore, neither of the two protagonists publicly confirmed the romance.
Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner crossed paths during the Paris Fashion Week in February 2023, as they both attended the Jean-Paul Gaultier show. However, their meeting would have taken place long before this event, thanks to Kylie's sister Kendall (photo), who is a friend of the actor.
Suspicions of their relationship increased in April when TMZ revealed that Kylie's black Range Rover had been seen outside Chalamet's residence. The two stars were reportedly also seen together a few hours before, as they visited the Coachella festival.
Questioned by 'Entertainment Tonight' on April 17, a source "close" to Kylie Jenner confirmed the rumors. It appeared that they were letting things happen quietly and discreetly, the insider said.
"It's not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes," said the source. "It’s been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships. It’s new and exciting for Kylie, and she’s having a lot of fun."
Yet, this romance between the actor, 27, and the 26-year-old billionaire was not to everyone's taste. Timothée Chalamet's fans did not want to believe it and showed their discontent on social media. "No one will take him serious," one comment read. "I mean how many dudes have been in that hole?" That's quite harsh criticism on Instagram.
