This is Pauline Chalamet, sister of the famous Timothée
Until now, Pauline Chalamet (New York, 1992) has mostly been 'the sister of' actor Timothée Chalamet, but soon things may change because this young woman has all the qualities to become the new star of the TV and film industry.
Timothée has been the Chalamet sibling everyone paid attention to. His successful roles in 'Call Me By Your Name' and 'Dune' have launched him into international fame. However, his sister Pauline has also been part of the industry for a while now. Little by little, she is making a name of her own.
Pauline is a protagonist of the HBO series 'The S e x Lives of College Girls'. It's the story of four students at Essex University (New England) who are experiencing all of the contradictions and emotions of that important period in their lives.
The comedy series was created by Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble. It was filmed during the pandemic and the actresses had to audition via zoom calls.
Pauline and Timothée's talent comes naturally to them: they carry the showbiz genes because their mother was a Broadway dancer. But that's not all: their uncle is director Rodman Flender and their aunt is the writer and producer Amy Lippman. Moreover, their father is a journalist and New York correspondent of the French newspaper 'Le Parisien'.

The Chalamet siblings were raised in the New York Manhattan Plaza, a housing complex for artists financed by the federal government, where artists from all different fields live together.
Pauline Chalamet's first ever appearance on TV was in an episode of the series 'One Life to Live'. That was in 1999, and it wouldn't be until 2009 that we'd see her again in an episode of 'Royal Pains'.

At 8, she attended the School of American Ballet and then performed in the New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater. She then studied Dramatic Arts at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts of Manhattan. Finally, she went to Bard College to specialize in Theater and Political Studies.

According to an interview with Vanity Fair, Pauline wanted to spend some time outside the artistic world while she was studying at Bard College. She considered becoming a lawyer.
While studying, she worked part-time in the International Crisis Group —a non-governmental organization that collaborates with the United Nations. There, she realized she wanted to learn more…
"I was also just floating. I didn't really know," she told Vanity Fair. "I liked studying, but at the same time it was like something in my life was missing." That's why she decided to graduate with a double degree in Political Science and Theater and Performance.
After college, Pauline moved to Paris where she lived for seven years. She kept training her acting skills at the École Supérieure de Comédiens par l'Alternance. She worked as an editor, babysitter, and a waitress.
Her first big opportunity came with the movie 'The King of Staten Island' (2020), a drama comedy by Judd Apatow.
She also stars in movies like 'What Doesn't Float' and 'Black and White and Red All Over', as well as the short film 'After Dark'.

Despite her short acting career, Pauline Chalamet has already been nominated for four awards for her roles in the short films 'Adulting' and 'Seasick'.
On social media, we can see the fun side of Pauline. She shows her followers her natural and casual attitude.

We can also see her on Instagram singing, playing the piano or the ukulele, and demonstrating her endless talents.
Although it is not common to see her and her brother together on social media, we have some photos of her with the world-famous Timothée.
Their physical similarities are amazing. Clearly, they are there for each other but want to build their careers separately.
Pauline Chalamet has everything she needs to succeed: personality, preparation, talent, and beauty. We'll see if she reaches the same professional success as her brother…
