True crime documentary series in three episodes that follows the case of the kidnapping of cousins Lyric Cook-Morrissey, aged 10, and Elizabeth Collins, aged 8. The crime shook the United States in 2012.

Emily in Paris, S4 – August 15 (Netflix)

The 4th season of this beloved comedy series has finally arrived on Netflix. At this stage, Emily faces an emotional crisis, torn between her feelings for two men. She discovers that Gabriel is expecting a child from his ex, complicating the situation even more.

Only Murders in the Building, S4 – August 27 (Disney+)

Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez return for a new season of this hit series. Now, the trio leaves New York and heads to Los Angeles, responding to a call from a Hollywood studio interested in adapting their podcast for film.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Season 2) – August 29 (Prime)

The second season of the series derived from the universe of 'The Lord of the Rings' arrives on Prime. At this stage, Sauron is back. After being banished by Galadriel, the Dark Lord must use his intelligence to regain his power and create the legendary Rings of Power, threatening to subject all the people of Middle-earth to his evil will.

Batman: Caped Crusader – August 1 (Prime)

Based on DC characters, this animation revives the dark tone of 'Batman: The Animated Series' from 1990. In Gotham City steeped in corruption, Bruce Wayne becomes Batman to fight crime. His fight attracts unexpected allies in the police and city hall, but it also generates deadly consequences and an increase in villains.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder – August 1 (Netflix)

Adapted from the book of the same name by Holly Jackson, this new Netflix series follows Pip, a teenager who decides to investigate the murder of Andie Bell, killed by her boyfriend. Five years after the tragedy, some pieces of this puzzle still don't fit together.

Jackpot – August 15th (Prime)

Another Prime original film, the plot takes place shortly, where a "Big Lottery" is established in California. However, there is a catch: the winner must be killed before sunset so that the billion-dollar prize (on an American scale) can be claimed.
