The arrest of 'Pawn Star' Corey Harrison

Corey Harrison, one of the 'Pawn Stars' was arrested in early September in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ, Corey Harrison was arrested by Las Vegas police for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Corey Harrison himself spoke to TMZ to give his version of the events.

The TV star was returning to Minnesotaafter he had looked at some rental properties in Las Vegas.

Once back in the car, he was stopped by police because, as they told him, he was swerving. That's why they asked him if he had taken anything.

Corey Harrison admitted he had had a drink, but it had been seven hours before getting into the car. Officers nevertheless asked him to step out and take a field sobriety test. He didn't pass it.

Corey Harrison says that when he requested a breathalyzer, they told him it was broken. They took him to the police station, handcuffed, where the breathalyzer did not work either, he added.

Faced with the threat of being held all weekend, Corey Harrison agreed to take a blood test to determine his alcohol level.

Finally, after eight hours in custody, the detainee was released. As he himself confirmed, he got to keep his driver's license. In fact, Harrison says, the cops offered him a ride home.

After 17 seasons on air (since July 2009), arresting Corey Harrison is something that the Las Vegas cops will probably remember.
