Sold: the house where Aaron Carter died. How much did it cost?
Aaron Carter was found dead in the bathtub of his home on November 5, 2022. Now, a few months after the fateful event, the house of the controversial celebrity has been sold.
At 34 years old, Aaron Carter lost his life in the now-sold property, located in Lancaster, California. A property he bought for just over $440,000 in 2019, according to TMZ.

On the tragic day of his death, Aaron Carter's housekeeper found him in his bathtub, People magazine reports. Emergency services tried to help the young man, but he could not be saved anymore.
After a long investigation and discussions about the cause of his death, the authorities finally ruled that it had been an accident. The young man had taken too many drugs and gone unconscious while taking a bath. He drowned as a result.
After the tragic death of the star, whose brother is Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys, his family began sorting out his properties.
The house was sold through a well-known local realtor who, according to their website and in the listing of Christie Limpus-Hathaway, asked $765,900 for it.
As is usual in the sale of properties, the real estate agency shared a series of images through which we were able to fully understand what the late artist's house was like. Of course, it looks different from when he lived there, as it is completely empty, clean, and ready for its new tenants.

It seems that the real estate agency has preferred to leave controversy and curiosity out, so they did not share images of the bathrooms. They especially avoided the one in the master bedroom where Aaron Carter had died.

Although he was said to be unhappy and used prohibited substances, the late singer and actor lived in a comfortable home. Its 2,900 square meters (31,000 sq ft) are spread over two floors and it also has a nice garden.

It consists of six bedrooms, four bathrooms and even offers the option of having a seventh room.

The house has a large space to park vehicles (up to four cars at a time), a laundry area, and a large custom-made cedar dressing room.

When looking at its spacious rooms with large windows, the house appears bright, quiet, and idyllic - nothing like the tragic event that took place in it.

It also has a private pool, with an exclusive and personalized design chosen by Carter himself.

In addition, thanks to its high walls, it is impossible for anyone to observe what is happening inside. Aaron Carter was able to enjoy his jacuzzi, surrounded by a large garden full of trees and vegetation, in peace.

Aaron had become famous around the same time as his older brother Nick, although he didn't join the Backstreet Boys. One of his hits as a child star was 'I Want Candy,' which he sang when he was 12 years old. After the high point of fame passed, however, the young man became hooked to all kinds of substances.
After dealing with his life struggles and the painful event of his premature death, Aaron Carter's family now tries to close the chapter. They will move on after selling his house, while some new buyers will be able to enjoy the magnificent property.
