Kim Mi-soo's death was not the last tragedy that the people involved in 'Snowdrop' had to deal with. A year later, in 2023, fellow minor character actor Park Soo-ryun also died, bringing the total number of deceased actors from the series to two.

The Statesman notes that Park Soo-ryun's work in theatre did not end with her role in 'Snowdrop.' The actress was slated to perform in a theatre production on Jeju Island prior to her passing.
