Dress you up in my love...

With the coming of Fall, New York opened the ball for its Fashion Week. Design lovers gathered in the Big Apple from 9 through 14 September. Among them were the biggest experts and celebrities, like Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Kendall Jenner (sitting next to basketball star Devin Booker).

The best and worst of the New York Fashion Week

Every year, the event presents the upcoming spring-summer 2023 collections.  From sequins, gold, oversize, and eccentric colors, we saw looks that struck us - for better and worse!

Bella Hadid

The modeling sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid were clearly present at the New York Fashion Week. Each in their own way, they made an impression. Here's a happy Bella during VOGUE World.

Gigi Hadid

Her sister Gigi at the Michael Kors show. Modern, glamorous, serious.

Serena Williams

She just retired as a professional tennis player, but it is already clear what she'll continue to do for many years to come: wow us with colorful outfits. This is Serena Williams arriving at the Michael Kors fashion show.

Madonna

The pop singer and fashion icon cannot be missed at an event like the New York Fashion Week. She stood out with her pink-yellow combination, that's for sure.

Tribute to the 70s

At the Tom Ford show, Bella Hadid appeared in a sparkly dress, paying homage to the disco era of the 70s.

Alexandra Daddario

The actress stole the show on day four of the NY Fashion Week with this short red dress and long black, cape-like coat.

Kendall Jenner in Proenza Schouler

A fabulous photo and outfit at the Proenza Schouler catwalk, much thanks to Kendall Jenner.

The greatest of the greatest

Big names from Hollywood and fashion came together. Alicia Silverstone and Maye Musk pose in between fashion designer Christian Siriano and model Coco Rocha.

The fastest

Running champion Usain Bolt walked the PUMA show and made his characteristic lightning sign.

Classic stars of the runway

A model of the 90s who turned to acting in the next century, Amber Valletta is a classic mannequin on this Vogue runway.

Linda Evangelista

She shines as ever, the iconic Linda Evangelista, in a light-turquoise cape at the Fendi Spring Summer show.

The new generation

Leni Klum, Heidi's daughter, is a star on the rise. She wore monochrome dark brown with a striking belt at the Michael Kors show.

Doja Cat

Another example of the bright color of next summer, as rapper-singer Doja Cat walks toward the Bronx & Banco show on a sunny September day.

Madonna's children

Up-and-coming visual artist Rocco Ritchie and musician/influencer Lourdes Leon accompany their mother Madonna to the Tom Ford fashion show. Ritchie wears one of his characteristic 50s suits with quirky color combinations and a bowtie.

Kamala Harris' stepdaughter

Ella Emhoff, the daughter of the Second Gentleman of the USA, is much more than the stepdaughter of one of the most powerful people in the country. She designs and models, as we can see here in the Maisie Wilen show.

All dressed in lace

Indian supermodel Pritika Swarup showed up in a white jumpsuit designed all in lace. Not everyone could step out in this outfit, but she wears it beautifully.

A most original dress

Influencer Jessica Wang attended the Carolina Herrera fashion show in an oversized red and pink asymmetrical mini-dress. A truly original choice, which perfectly matched the show she was about to see.

Short wool dress

Here is an outfit that has absolutely nothing to do with the previous one. For Instagrammer Linh Ka, elegance was the keyword. The young woman arrived in a white wool dress with red borders at the Coach show in New York.

Jane Krakowski

Ready to shine, albeit in the audience, for the Michael Kors show. Actress Jane Krakowski pulls off a golden coat with her blond hair.

Floral print

Actress Jackie R. Jacobson opted for a long-sleeved, floral-print mini dress while attending New York Fashion Week.

Between glamor and elegance

South Korean actress Ki Eun showed up at the Michael Kors fashion show in a cute patterned outfit with flowing long sleeves.

Woman in black

Japanese model Hikari Mori also attended the Michael Kors show. She was spotted wearing a sequined black tulle skirt, and a black V-neck tank top paired with a wide black leather belt.

Adam Lambert

His purple-and-red ensemble, combined with the green suit of his boyfriend Oliver Gliese, made the singer one of the most striking guests at the show of The Blonds.

Katie Holms at Tom Ford

This stunning black outfit, including her shiny hairdo, marks the actress' beautiful silhouette.

Robyn and Blake Lively

The acting siblings appeared at the Michael Kors show together and wore matching outfits: from Robyn's off-white dress to Blake's sky-blue skirt suit.

Hari Nef

The red two-piece worn by the trans woman who became famous for the series 'Transparent' and regularly models and writes, was a real eye-catcher among the crowds of the Fashion Week.

Carolina Herrera

On the catwalk, Karlie Kloss wore a classic Carolina Herrera design cut out of spectacular flower fabric.

Amanda Seyfried

She just won an Emmy Award for her role as the failed Silicon Valley entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes, and the style of a casual suit - even with daring colors, fabric, and patterns like this one - fits her!

Lori Harvey

The model, entrepreneur, and socialite combined a short dress and long coat made of the same thick wool with a Yankees hat.

Irina Shayk and Michael Kors

A classic checked dress with a black waistband by the American designer for Irina Shayk, one of the most famous Russian top models.

Hailee Steinfeld

The 'Hawkeye' actress picked zebra for her own dress to wear to the Michael Kors show.

Brooke Shields

Hey, there's Brooke Shields in a black suit for the Michael Kors show, and her makeup emphasizes the actress' characteristic eyebrows.

Lil Nas X

Young talent: a fabulous Lil Nas X shows off a Coach Spring Summer design with this short and shiny black suit.

Maisie Williams

Remember her, Arya Stark from 'Game of Thrones'? She's completely different with this suit of stitched flowers at the Thom Brown fashion show.

Black outfit and flashy accessories

Wearing a fringed black maxi skirt and black jacket, paired with a neon green leather clutch and neon orange heels, Samia Laaboudi made a splash upon her arrival at New York Fashion Week.

Orange is the new black

This color had to be dared to be worn! And what better place than Fashion Week to do it, you say? Nina Suess had opted for a long orange ruffled skirt paired with a short top, also orange, with ruffled shoulders.

Style in the veins

Lila Grace Moss and her mother are like two peas in a pod. And, just like Kate Moss, she knows how to style any outfit! Invited to the Tom Ford fashion show in New York, she arrived in light brown shorts, a darker brown sweater, and gold stilettos. We're unsure if the effect would be the same for everyone.

Red tulle...

Leonie Hanne did not go unnoticed among the guests of the Carolina Herrera fashion show. The German influencer wore a short red dress topped with flounced tulle. A choice to say the least... whimsical!

... With blue fur

The German influencer was also seen outside the Brandon Maxwell show at New York Fashion Week. And in a slightly softer outfit, though… This time, Leonie Hanne wore a blue fur top paired with shiny silver pants.

A beautiful royal blue

The most 'fashionable' French influencer was also present at the event. To attend the COS fashion show, Léna Mahfouf opted for a royal blue velvet buttoned blazer jacket and wide pants in the same color.

Glam and colorful

Danish it girl Emili Sindlev looked stunning in a dark green striped shirt over a white Prada top and blue leather skirt. Her yellow leather mini-bag complemented her outfit perfectly.

Sparkling

Influencer Leonie Hanne before the Jonathan Simkhai fashion show, in a sparkly outfit! The young woman appeared in a short purple sequined dress and carried a metallic green Bottega Veneta clutch in her hand.

Red, the color in vogue?

For her part, the magnificent Denisa Palsha had opted for a long-sleeved dress and tulle with red ruffles, combined with red feathers in her hair.

Matching jacket and shorts

On the arm of her spouse Johannes Huebl, Olivia Palermo had combined her beige jacket with her leather shorts. Add to this look a striped shirt and a pair of loafers, and voila!

From the great Carolina Herrera

Bright colors, ruffles, flowers, exuberance, a cape... The Carolina Herrera style is still in vogue!

Colorful trench coat

Laquan Smith presented his spring-summer 2023 ready-to-wear collection during New York Fashion Week. A bold collection with striking colors that many have retained.

A mix of styles

We will also note this look which mixes streetwear with a more "business-style" outfit in this oversized blue suit.

Streetwear look

New York fashion blogger Olga Ferrara walked to the Coach show in a streetwear look, consisting of a matching white and black jacket and shorts. Under her jacket, the it girl revealed a piece of her black lace bra.

Transparency games

On the catwalk of Tom Ford's New York fashion show, model Liya Kebede wears a magnificent asymmetrical and transparent black dress.

Life in pink

The Serbian influencer Tamara Kalinic wore a dress with long sleeves, all in rhinestones in a gradient of pink. She was also going to the Tom Ford fashion show.

Fringed dress

At The Blonds fashion show, models rocked patterned fringe dresses and gold ankle boots.
