'That 90s Show' - release date and cast members who are returning
Hello, Wisconsin! Fans of 'That 70s Show' are rejoicing this week because on Thursday, January 19th, the much-anticipated reboot 'That 90s Show' will be released on Netflix.
If you were a teenager with a good sense of humor back in the 90s, then there is a good chance you were a fan of 'That 70s Show.' Who didn't like "hanging out" with Eric, Donna, Jackie, Hyde, Fez, and Kelso?!
'That 90s Show' looks promising particularly because Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp are returning in their roles as Red and Kitty Forman.

According to IMDB, the show is set in 1995 in Wisconsin and follows the story of Eric and Donna's daughter Leia Forman (of COURSE, Eric has a daughter named after the legendary Star Wars princess!!!)
Leia, played by Callie Harverda (pictured), goes to Wisconsin to visit her grandparents for the summer and makes friends with a group of kids from Point Place.

Red and Kitty keep tabs on their granddaughter's high jinks as she gets into a little trouble and has a lot of fun with her new friends.

So we know that Red and Kitty will be back for sure, but what about our other favorite characters?
According to Variety, the majority of the 'That 70s Show' cast will be returning for Netflix's 'That 90s Show.'

Topher Grace and Laura Prepon will occasionally appear as Eric and Donna, which only makes sense as they are Laia Foreman's parents after all.
Wilmer Valderrama will also be making guest appearances as a grown-up Fez, which will be very fun for fans!
Who hasn't wondered what Fez would get up to when he grew up??!! Is he a hairdresser or stylist? Does he have a partner or family??

Finally, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher will also return as guest stars on 'That 90s Show', which will be so great to see.

How have Kelso and Jackie's lives evolved? Are they together? Do they have kids? SO many questions!!!
According to Variety, the only main character who will not be returning to 'That 90s Show' is Hyde, played by Danny Masterson.
And as much as we enjoyed Hyde on 'That 70s Show,' it makes sense he isn't welcome back, as Masterson has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault.

The original creators of the series, Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner, along with their daughter Lindsey Turner are writing and working as executive producers on the show.
'That 90s Show' will be a multi-cam comedy and has a 10-episode order from Netflix.

Gregg Mettler, who also wrote for 'That 70s Show', will also be returning to write for the reboot and take on the roles of executive producer and showrunner.
In addition, Kurtwood Smith, who plays Red, and Debra Jo Rupp, who plays Kitty, are executive producers on the show, along with acting in the starring roles.
