Emmys 2022: winners, losers, and surprises at the television awards

Few surprises at the 74th Emmy Awards. 'Succession', 'Ted Lasso' and 'The White Lotus' walked away with a bunch of awards, and the only unexpected award went to Lee Jung-Jae for Best Actor in a Drama Series - which was not because he wasn't good, but because the competition was so stiff.

In the image, one of the evening's true protagonists, Zendaya. She won her second consecutive Emmy Award for the role of Rue in 'Euphoria.'

Just when everyone thought 'Squid Game' would win Best Drama Series, Selma Blair showed up and announced that, in fact, 'Succession' is the best drama series at the Emmys.
