Heterochromia is a phenomenon that affects the color of the eyes. It is more common in people and animals than you might think. And there are quite a few Hollywood stars who have this particular characteristic.

Heterochromia is a characteristic whereby the iris of one eye has a different color from that of the other, often giving rise to truly peculiar and fascinating looks. Have a look at some of the most beautiful celebrities with different colored eyes in this gallery!

Demi Moore, one of Hollywood's most famous and beloved actresses, has different colored eyes. Although at first glance it is unnoticeable, her left eye is slightly lighter than the right one.

More evident, however, is the case of Kate Bosworth, whose right eye has a double color: blue and brown.

The eyes of the famous Lady of the West, Jane Seymour, are bright blue and intense hazelnut.

Also having different colored eyes is Daniela Ruah, known for her role as Kensi Blye in the television series 'NCIS: Los Angeles.' In the photo you can see how one eye is much darker than the other.

The Canadian-born actor, best known for his role as the young Shawn Spencer in the TV series 'Psych,' has different colored eyes: one green, and one blue.

Bill Pullman, famous for starring in 'Spaceballs' (1987), 'Independence day' (1996), and the mystery series 'The Sinner' (2017-2021), has blue eyes but one of them has a small brown spot.

British actress Alice Eve also has different colored irises. One of her eyes is green while the other is blue.

We conclude with the biggest star of all, this time in the musical field. Bowie did not have heterochromia, but he did suffer from mydriasis, the result of a blow to the eye he received as a teenager. One of his eyes was clear blue and the other a dark shade of brown.
