The Irish singer's fans were devastated to learn of her death on July 26th. The interpreter of such well-known songs as 'Nothing Compares 2 U' was found dead at her home in London. She was 56 years old and her death came 18 months after her son Shaney took his own life at the age of 17. She had never fully recovered from the tragedy.

Angus Cloud - July 31

At the age of 25, the actor of the series 'Euphoria', Angus Cloud, who had been suffering from mental health problems for some time, passed away. The news was confirmed by the family through a statement sent to CNN: "As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways. Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend." As it happens, his father had passed away a few days earlier.

Paul Reubens - July 30

Better known as Pee-wee Herman, the American actor, a child star for several generations, died on July 30 2023 at the age of 70 as a result of cancer.

Magnus White - July 29

The young American cyclocross rider, who at age 17 was called a "rising star" by USA Cycling, died after he was hit by a car during a training session in Colorado.

Remi Lucidi - July 27

French extreme photography influencer Remi Lucidi lost his life on July 27 when he fell from one of the buildings of the Tregunter Tower complex in Hong Kong. The influencer was in the middle of a climb, at 220 meters, when he fell from the 68th floor, dying on the spot.

Randy Meisner - July 26

American musician Randy Herman Meisner, one of the founding members of the bands Poco and The Eagles, died ono Wednesday, July 26, due to complications from the obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The news of his death was confirmed in a statement published on Facebook by the legendary rock band.

Daniel Ibáñez - July 26

The goalkeeper from the Argentinian team Atlético Tucumán, was on loan at the Ecuadorian team Chacaritas de Ambato. He died on Wednesday morning, July 26, after being hospitalized as a result of a pulmonary embolism. This is the fourth death of an Atlético Tucumán player since March 2022.

Trevor Francis - July 24

British soccer player Trevor Francis was known as the 'million pound player' because he was the first British footballer to be paid this amount after his transfer from Birmingham City to Nottingham Forest. With the team, he won two European Cups. He sadly died of a heart attack at his home in the town of Benahavís (Málaga).

The famous crooner Tony Bennett (born Anthony Dominick Benedetto) passed away after dealing with Alzheimer's disease for a number of years. He won 20 Grammy Awards over the course of his career and worked until shortly before his death in collaborations with Lady Gaga.

Annabelle Ham - July 18

American influencer Annabelle Ham passed away at the age of 22 after suffering an epileptic seizure. It was her own family who confirmed the news via her Instagram profile. "Annabelle was beautiful and inspiring and lived life to the fullest. Everyone she met was inspired by her energy and the light inside her soul that shined so bright. She was, and will forever be, so so loved." the post reads.

Jane Birkin - July 16

The Anglo-French actress and singer Jane Birkin, who had been suffering from leukemia for some time, was found dead on Sunday, July 16, at her home in Paris. She was 76 years old.

Haley Odlozil - July 14

American influencer Haley Odlozil, who had been battling ovarian cancer since 2015, finally passed away on July 14. "One thing I can tell you, she suffered greatly fighting this disease that slowly tore her body apart for the last 8 years. The thought of her being completely healed in a body with no pain & no scars in heaven makes me so incredibly happy for her but so overwhelmingly sad Im not there to see it," her husband Taylor wrote on Instagram.

In Paris, the American actress Josephine Chaplin, Charlie Chaplin and Oona O'Neill's daughter, died at the age of 74.

Nick Koster - July 12

On July 12, South African rugby star Nick Koster had passed away. "Our thoughts, prayers and love are now with Nick's wife, Jeannie, and their two young children," the English club said in a statement. He had been retired since 2018.

Milan Kundera - July 11

The Czech writer, playwright and poet Milan Kundera, author of such well-known works as 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being', died at the age of 94 on Tuesday, July 11. In recent times his health had deteriorated considerably and he had lost his memory.

Andrea Evans - July 9

American actress and producer Andrea Evans, known for her role as Tina Lord in the ABC soap opera 'One Life to Live', passed away on July 9 as a result of the breast cancer she was suffering from.

Mikala Jones - July 9

An unfortunate accident took the life of surfer Mikala Jones, 44. He cut his groin while surfing in the Mentawai Islands (Indonesia) and tragically bled to death.

The legendary Spanish soccer player and coach Luis Suárez Miramontes, winner of the Balon D'Or in 1961, died on Sunday, July 10 in Milan at the age of 88. The news was announced by Inter Milan. There, he had triumphed as a player and also had the opportunity to coach.
